The customer must upon receipt, inspect, and sign for all deliveries. The customer must check the packing slip against the Bill of Lading (BOL) supplied by the driver at the time of delivery. Please note the BOL will indicate the number of cartons, not necessarily the number of items. More than one item may be in a carton. Should this be the case, the carton may have a sticker or stickers on it indicating the items it has inside. It is the customer's responsibility to verify items received are correct within 48 hours of receipt and before assembly has started.

Returned Goods Policy

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER we strongly recommend you check and recheck all measurements and layouts to make sure everything will fit.  Before you begin your design, you should have all cutout dimensions for all built in appliances, tubs, and toilets and all physical measurements for all other appliances. This will help to assure all of your appliances will fit.  Check all measurements and layouts against each other, as well as appliance dimensions to avoid costly mistakes.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WHETHER ITEMS HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED OR NOT UNLESS THERE IS DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT or under special circumstances determined by VanityKings LLC.  If there is a defect you must notify VanityKings LLC within 48 hours of receipt.  After 48 hours VanityKings LLC will no longer accept returns even if item(s) are damaged.  Please see Damaged Goods Policy for further information. It is the customer's responsibility to verify items received are undamaged within 48 hours of receipt.

Under special circumstances a return may be granted, but there is a 25% restocking fee.  These situations will be at VanityKings LLC's discresion.  It is important that you check your order before opening the boxes.  If you happen to receive the wrong size or style kitchen cabinet or bathroom vanity, please contact us within 48 hours at 414-460-2570 or and we will do our best to expedite to you the correct size or style.  You will be charged for the return of the wrong kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanity and the delivery charges for the new cabinets or vanity.

Damaged Goods Policy

There is always a small chance of damage any time goods are transported. There is far less chance of our ready to assemble cabinets (RTA's) being damaged than fully assembled cabinets being shipped on a truck. Our cabinets are palletized and wrapped to assure safe delivery. The following is a guideline that can save you time and money should you receive damaged goods.

1.) The recipient must make an inspection following our receiving policy upon delivery of cabinets.

2.) Any visible damage must be noted on the receipt of shipment form and pictures taken of damage. This includes even small tears or creases on the packaging.

3.) If significantly damaged, then take pictures of all the damage to the containers, have carrier document that you are REFUSING DELIVERY and RETURN TO SENDER DUE TO DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY, and send the pictures to within 48 hours.  Recipients should take pictures of all damaged shipping cartons even if you decide not to refuse delivery.

**WARNING: If you choose to accept delivery of slightly damaged containers and did not take pictures of the damage to the containers before opening them, then you forfiet your ability to make a claim of damages.**

 4.) If there is no damage to container, but see damage to the product after opening container you must take pictures of the container and the damaged pieces and send them to

5.) All damaged goods must be reported and pictures sent to within 48 hours of receipt.


7.) We ask you to keep the damaged products until further notice. Some freight companies or distributors may ask for the damaged product if it is determined that the cabinet was damaged in shipping.

8.) We will handle freight claims for cabinets damaged during shipping only if you follow the procedures explained above. Otherwise, you (the customer) will be responsible for all claims. Your claim will be handled on a top priority basis to get you the replacement you need as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is limited to the continental 48 states. Cabinet orders placed online will be shipped to the billing address via one of the major carriers we use.  We cannot ship ANYTHING to a P.O. Box.  All orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.  You will know your shipping cost and agree to them before you place your order. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, volume, number of pallets, and location.

Please note: Standard deliveries are tailgate only. The drivers are only required to deliver curbside and bring the items to the tailgate of the truck only . The carrier is not responsible for items once they pass the tailgate. It is the customer's responsibility to remove the items from the truck. There are other types of delivery available such as lift-gate delivery and inside delivery. Some carriers require liftgate to residential areas with no exceptions. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges. These charges must be added to the sales order up front. The trucking company will schedule the first delivery at initial rates. Be sure you are there to accept delivery, because re-scheduled deliveries will be at the customer's expense.


Shortage claims must be noted on the shipping ticket.  Make sure you check off your order at the time of receipt.  Any shortage must be reported to VanityKings LLC within 24 hours of receipt, along with a copy of the shipping ticket with the shorted items listed.  Any hidden shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Many of the products we sell are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty, which will vary from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer.  Please contact us to obtain warranty information for a specific product.

Wood Products Warranty Exclusions

Naturally occurring wood characteristics: Variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, knots and other wood qualities are not considered defects. Wood products will expand and contract with changes in climatic conditions, and the resulting dimensional variation of the natural wood product is not considered a defect. Finished wood products: Color variations in finished wood products is a natural occurrence due to wood species, age, wood character, and exposure to light and climatic changes. Such variations and changes are not considered defects, and for these reasons new and replacement wood products may not match display samples and/or existing wood products.

Warranty Claims Policy

Final decisions made on all warranty claims shall be at the discretion of the appropriate manufacturing company. All warranty claims shall be made by fax or email within 48 hours of receipt.  Replacement items will be invoiced to the customer at our regular billing price and pay procedures, then upon inspection and if approved by our warranty policy, a credit will be issued to the customer.
